We will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item

  • The product was not delivered

3. Reporting an Issue

If you face any of the above issues, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

4. Resolution Process

After reviewing your request, we may:

  • Provide a replacement, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

The resolution will be provided at our discretion after verification.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

6. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

8. Shipping Costs
